Anemia

Anemia work up:
  • cbc, peripheral smear
  • CMP
  • rapid HIV (pt given option for opt out)
  • EKG
  • CXR
  • type and screen
  • Iron studies:
    • iron
    • TIBC
    • transferrin
  • No e/o of pancytopenia, HIV, luekoemia, active GI/GU bleeding or e/o hemolysis on hx/exam

    Hi! Do you know if they make any plugins to assist with Search
