Evaluation of fracture (based on ED prelim read of radiographs with formal overread mechanism in place):

-No clinical evidence suggestive of:

–Compartment syndrome

–Overlying infection.

-Skin: closed
, no tenting

-Commutation: Non-comminuted

-Angulation: No obvious angulation

-Displacement: No obvious displacement

-Sensori-neural-motor: Intact

Therefore patient at sufficiently low risk for need for emergent orthopedic intervention and requires prompt orthopedic follow up.
