Pt is well appearing based upon the following criteria: Pt is well hydrated based on history or fluid intake and urinary output frequency, pt has normal vital signs upon discharge in ED when not being aggrevated, is at baseline for mental status, and there is no evidence of bacterial infection or more malignant process elucidated on history or exam. Therefore pt is appropriate for outpatient management with return precautions.
