Sufficiently low risk for non-accidental trauma given hx c/w injury. Pt derobed w/o other unexplained unexplained/unexpected injury/trauma. Pt appears to interact appropriately with parents. Parents demonstrate appropriate interactions with child and are appropriately concerned. Additionally, no high risk features in past – specifically no DCFS involvement prior, no concern for abuse by caregivers for others, no etoh/illicit substance use in family.
