Pelvic Exam

Pelvic exam chaperoned by nurse:

No cervical motion tenderness, no adnexal tenderness. No abnormal vaginal discharge.

No blood at the introitus however on speculum exam there is blood pooling at the vault. Evaluated cervix by visualization and there appears to be no cervical laceration. Blood appears to be coming from os
