the family is aware of how to contact their primary care doctor for follow up.
If the information is not on their registration sheet in their chart, please request registration to come to provide that information to the
family. - The
work/school note is for you (the RN) to fill out per your discretion. I trust your judgement if the patient/family needs it. - Advise patient if they need for pain control, they can take over the counter Tylenol or Advil as directed on the bottle.
