Aggressive intravenous fluids are contraindicated given that patient is at risk for volume overload, pulmonary edema.
Etiology: Hyper-kalemia likely secondary to end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis and missed dialysis for 2 weeks.
Repeat BMP ordered.
